Chef Susan attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Miami, FL where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in 1986 in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.  Susan will often take time out of her busy schedule to work with local organizations like Flipany (www.flipany.org/), Meals on Wheels and the Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Fund.

Soco also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and has been involved in the South Florida Catering business ever since. 

Soco also managed a Gift Shop for several years where she introduced her flair for design with gourmet gift baskets, floral arrangements and other decorative techniques.
